The WHA is divided into four districts: NW, NE, SW, and SE. The dividing line from south to north is I-90 to Hwy 16, 60. The dividing line from west to east is Hwy 39/51. The WHA Board of Directors has 12 members, elected by the WHA membership. The WHA Board is composed of two or three Directors elected within each district and up to 4 (statewide) At-Large Directors, for a total of 12 Board members. Each Director serves a three-year term on the WHA Board. Each year, one Director position in each district or the respective Director At-Large position is eligible for re-election. All District Directors or Directors At-Large may serve two, 3-year consecutive terms if they wish. At the conclusion of the second term, there must be a lapse of one year before re-election to the WHA Board. The WHA Board of Directors Executive Committee is composed of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
